We provide independent technical advice, consultation, and individualized assistance to educators within area of professional specialty utilizing current best practices. We do this with a reflective coaching approach, which entails observation and feedback sessions.
We provide collaborative lesson planning sessions, and we provide modeling of curriculum implementation and managing challenging behaviors.
We train a diverse population of educators in adopting a sound social emotional development curriculum. We work side by side educators in this training.
We provide continued development training programs and workshops to diverse populations of educators (teachers, aides, and other staff) in support of high quality outcomes.
We advise educators, parents and schools on teaching styles and educational strategies that can improve students’ learning.
